  Honestly, I had never seen an apartment complex that doesn’t have a fixed price. This is so stupid—what do they think, that they’re the stock market or something? How are you going to tell me I have to apply and pay a deposit just to find out how much the apartment will cost? This has never happened to me in my life. So today it costs $1,500 and tomorrow $2,000, and you’ve already lost $400? This is crazy

  I moved here from out of state and absolutely love it. The employees are so welcoming and helpful, taking the extra effort to make it feel like home. Apartments are spacious with lots of windows for plenty of natural light. Grounds and amenities are beautiful and well maintained, too!

  I was one of the very first residents at Mexico Beach Crossings when they opened and lived in a 3 bed / 2 bath. I had to break my lease due to an unexpected situation and move back to Panama City. I took responsibility, negotiated the lease-break fee to half, and paid it in full by money order in March 2024. Over a year later, this balance is still on my credit report. I am currently in the homebuying process, and this has negatively affected my credit. The funds were always available, and had I been properly notified or sent a bill or collection notice, I would have paid immediately. I have called multiple times and only reach an answering machine with no return calls. Now I’m forced to drive to the property just to get answers for a debt that was already paid. Communication and follow-through after move-out have been extremely disappointing.
