I had the absolute best experience speaking with Britney! She is by far the most patient and helpful leasing agent I’ve ever talked to. She took the time to answer every single question I had and made sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire conversation.
Even though I haven’t moved in yet, I truly appreciate her kindness, professionalism, and dedication. If it’s God’s will, I hope to soon call this beautiful and amazing apartment home. Highly recommend asking for Britney — you won’t be disappointed!

I have loved my experience living at Mode at Melbourne. Ben the Leasing Director is always kind, professional, and genuinely helpful. He guided me through my application process, answered every question with patience, and he always responds quickly with a positive and attentive attitude. Tiffany the Property Manager is one of the sweetest people I have ever met in this industry. She is always smiling, always responsive, and always making sure my stay at Mode at Melbourne is comfortable.
The maintenance team is reliable and fast. Every issue I have submitted has been handled within one to three business days. The community stays clean and well kept overall. Doggy bags are always stocked which I appreciate. The dog park could use an upgrade and more dog stations throughout the community would be great, but it still works for now.
The new management has been completing upgrades throughout the property including screened porches, pressure washing, and painting the stairs. I am excited to see what they continue improving and hope the dog park is included in the next phase.
Overall I rate this community a perfect ten out of ten. Great location and plenty of parking.

Moving and finding a new place to call home can often be a challenging and stressful experience. However, throughout this process, Hailey and the office manager have been exceptionally kind and patient, offering invaluable support every step of the way. I truly couldn’t have done it without their assistance. I had numerous questions, and Haley was always there to answer each one thoroughly and promptly. I am thrilled with my new home and look forward to enjoying my time at Palm Bay Grand Apartments.

Brandon and Yaheli were such a pleasure to work with. Excellent customer service going above and beyond to make sure all questions were taken care of. Brandon was quick to fix issues we had with dishwasher. Called and made a request, within an hour issues was taken care of. Thank you for caring for and taking care of your tenants.

I have nothing good to say. Bad experiences since day one. There’s so many crazy things going on all the time I’ve felt on edge since I moved in. First week: flood, no ac, bad plumbing, unfinished cabinets, no seal on the kitchen counters, poor design, crooked fixtures, And oh yeah there was an electrical fire...
They don’t really care about much as long as you pay that OVERPRICED rent.
Ammenities weren’t as advertised and took the first 6 months or more to finish.
