  I have loved my experience living at Mode at Melbourne. Ben the Leasing Director is always kind, professional, and genuinely helpful. He guided me through my application process, answered every question with patience, and he always responds quickly with a positive and attentive attitude. Tiffany the Property Manager is one of the sweetest people I have ever met in this industry. She is always smiling, always responsive, and always making sure my stay at Mode at Melbourne is comfortable. The maintenance team is reliable and fast. Every issue I have submitted has been handled within one to three business days. The community stays clean and well kept overall. Doggy bags are always stocked which I appreciate. The dog park could use an upgrade and more dog stations throughout the community would be great, but it still works for now. The new management has been completing upgrades throughout the property including screened porches, pressure washing, and painting the stairs. I am excited to see what they continue improving and hope the dog park is included in the next phase. Overall I rate this community a perfect ten out of ten. Great location and plenty of parking. This is not a fake review like the lady underneath claims🤣 she’s just mad but ok lady

  I have lived in several apartments in the Melbourne area and I will say, Mode at Melbourne has been the best move in experience I’ve had. From day 1, Ben and the manager were SO kind, helpful, and communicative to my fiancé and I. When we got our unit, we had some issues and concerns with various things and Ben was so understanding and helpful. Ben was able to give us a new unit on the same requested floor and management took the time to thoroughly check the unit prior to me viewing it and transferring into it. We moved in that weekend and let me tell you, my unit is perfection!!! In the past, I’ve had apartment management avoid or be so rude when we’ve had concerns or problems, so it was so refreshing to see their response and made me so happy to call this place home! In addition, from a logistical perspective- our unit is gorgeous and all our neighbors so far have been kind. It’s very quiet at all hours and I have enjoyed a peaceful experience so far. I haven’t used the amenities yet, but I feel I will love those as well! So happy to call Mode at Melbourne my home ☺️

  Understand that any positive reviews are not coming from actual residents, the manager sits in the office all day and and does virtually nothing so she’s likely creating fake emails and fake Google accounts to beef up the reviews. Since new management took over, it has been like living in public housing. My downstairs neighbors, who I’m not even sure how they passed a background check, are dealing drugs out of their front door and the parking lot. The smell of marijuana permeates the property, DAILY. Several residents had to complain about the pool in order for the manager to stop gaslighting us and saying it was algae. We live here and have lived here longer than she’s worked here. She has no desire to interact with or deal with residents, as if we’re not the reason she pays her bills, she also doesn’t live here, nor does anyone else who works here so when a fire alarm goes off in the middle of the night and your entire building empties out and the rest of the complex is woken up at 1am there is no one to deal with the issues. Not maintenance, not management, no one. Live literally anywhere else. They also don’t maintain the buildings. They need to be power washed and cleaned but they’re just run down and getting worse by the day.

  My fiancé and I recently applied to this property. We were lucky enough to have gotten the apartment we wanted Ben has been extremely helpful from the very beginning and has always reached out to check on us and is always communicating with us to make sure that we are comfortable with the moving process we loved the apartment from the minute we saw it. We can't wait to move next month. We're looking forward to calling Mode at Melbourne home.Thanks !!
