Our customer care manager Kristi Landow went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of during our one year anniversary warranty work. Highly recommend to all looking for a new 55+ Community!

Then I decided to make a primary home and built bigger. From Morgan, my sales rep, to Crystal at design and then working with Marvin, my construction manager through the build process I was very pleased with the professionalism and friendliness of everyone. Kristi and the Warranty team was very responsive and easy to work with. Lastly, Brenda at PGP Title was wonderful too. My overall experience was great!

The house is very well made and has all the features we were looking for in a retirement home. We live on a great street with some wonderful neighbors. There are lots of ways to stay busy here and the new amenity building is very near completion. That will add a lot of new features and benefits that we are looking forward to. Given the many different home styles and building lots I believe there is an potential option for almost anyone to take advantage of all that this awesome community has to offer.
