  The leasing consultant was very thorough in her overall description of the property. She was able to answer all my questions and gave a great description of the property. I was made aware of numerous options and the benefits of each option.

The location is excellent—convenient, quiet, and well situated. One standout is Anthony, who is an incredible person to work with. He is understanding, flexible, and always willing to help in any way he can. He goes above and beyond to make sure residents feel comfortable and supported, which makes a huge difference.   I’m just counting down the days until the contract ends. Every day is stressful because my kids and I are sleeping, both during daytime naps and at night and we keep being startled awake by the sound of footsteps and the creaking of the wooden floor. It looks fine from the outside, but the quality is terrible. I cried

  I’ve lived in this area for 8 years I’ve watched avocet be built from start to finish. I am so happy I chose avocet when it was time to move my 86 year old independent dad to fla. This process started last year and when it was finally time to put the plan in motion ALLIE!! I thank you from the bottom of my heart for all you did and do for future residents..a brand new apartment complex! Clean! Affordable! Dad made the trip down in a U-Haul 24 hour ride!! WTG DAD!! All my anxiety was put to rest..anything I asked even if it was the same question lol over and over this crew in the office answered over and over..very informative, very respectful..I get to visit my dad everyday!! Thank you avocet for all you do!! If I ever need a place to live I’m moving into avocet 😊😊 sincerely, Marion A
