  I have been a resident here for approximately two years. During that time, Trelago was sold to a new ownership company, and since the transition, the quality of management and living conditions have steadily declined. The leasing office is frequently unresponsive and calls often go unanswered. To begin with my move-in experience, I applied for and was approved for a specific apartment within the complex. Despite calling the leasing office on multiple occasions to obtain a copy of the lease, I was unable to reach anyone. Approximately two weeks before my scheduled move-in date, I was informed that the apartment I had been approved for was no longer available. Management then offered me a smaller unit in a different area of the complex. Given the timing and my circumstances, I had no meaningful choice but to accept this change. Upon move-in, the apartment was in an unacceptably dirty condition and had clearly not been properly cleaned prior to my scheduled move-in date. As for my current issues, maintenance took more than a week and a half to repair my broken front door, which significantly interfered with my ability to safely and easily access my apartment. During that same period, my washer and dryer were also inoperable and were not addressed in a timely manner. Additionally, there is an ongoing mold issue in my apartment, which has caused me to become ill on multiple occasions throughout my tenancy. Despite the seriousness of this issue, it has not been adequately resolved. To make matters worse, construction has recently begun immediately adjacent to the complex without any prior notice to residents. Had I been informed that a shopping center would be built directly next to the apartment buildings, I would not have chosen to live here. Based on my experience, I would strongly discourage others from renting at this property.

  The Pie-giving event was great. We met wonderful neighbors and the pie was delicious. Victoria & Rafa are great hosts. These type of events are 100% recommended.
