  Mark Spain Realty in my experience is not at all like the commercials you hear on radio and television. first off trying to buy a home from them, no agents available both times i reached out to see a home. second after i got my own agent to see the home the Mark Spain Agent could not remember the code made us try 7 times different till we had success. third they rope you into using their own title company so they can make even more $ off you, which isn't even located in Florida, same difficulty reaching them. fourth the final walk through showed items left behing in garage like 18 cans of paint, shelf etc. the agent was so getto he put the shelf on the street and said " someone will grab it " two days later still there. wonder what my neighbors first impression of me was after that bs. im 60 and bought a few houses in my lifetime and from my experience id never use that agency, it was nothing but hassle the whole thing.
