Was very communicative from beginning until even after the property sold. Highly recommend.

I specifically asked to speak with the agent, Megan Hedricks, but instead I was connected to a customer service representative. She began asking me numerous questions about why I needed to speak with the agent. I was confused, as I simply wanted to schedule an appointment to see the home. She even mentioned something about a contract, which was frustrating since I hadn’t even viewed the property yet, I was only calling to inquire. Overall, it was a very poor experience, 1 out of 10. All that was needed was to take my information and let me know that Megan would contact me. Instead, I was required to answer 21 unnecessary questions, and to make matters worse, the representative rudely hung up on me while I was still speaking.
