- CHCA HSep 3, 20251.0We will NEVER deal with ANY house that has a MARK SPAIN name in front of it again! Our realtor had to keep waiting ridiculous amounts of time to get any answers back, while we were in negotiations. Plus we found out, our realtor must’ve not have ever been talking to the ACTUAL REALTOR listed on the property! M.S. was missing in communication the entire holiday wknd -into the Monday holiday, then decided to FINALLY show up late on a Tuesday with a REJECTION EXCUSE on our offer, (which was Only $2000 away from their desired amount). Since we had to call someone to help with another issue, we found out they only have a HELP DESK and you can’t ever be connected to the actual realtor of the property and the realtors actually DO WORK 7 DAYS A WEEK! To make matters worse, they put us on some call list for mortgage lenders, that WON’T STOP CALLING (and we clearly already have a mortgage broker that gave us the great preapproval letter, in order to make the offer initially). Horrible, Selfish Business that we WON’T EVER entertain again, as they wasted our time, when we could’ve made good offers on other properties that WERE more serious & available at that time.

If you take the lowball offer, they will offer you 1/2 in cash, and 1/2 when they sell your home. [ you still have to pay a 3% realtor fee ] My realtor has failed to sell my home, and even lied about doing an open house for my home, which she was never here. Not recommended at all.
