  I’ve been living at Iris at Northpointe for two years, renewing for my third. Of all the apartments I’ve lived in, this has been my favorite by far. Kim and Leslie are always so kind and helpful in the office, as is Angela the property manager. The apartments are nice, the complex is well kept - they pressure wash the buildings often so things stay really clean, have never seen that done anywhere else. Maintenance is typically really responsive, though there were a few bigger ticket issues that took some time to get completely resolved (electric breaker needed replaced, took a few tickets and a few weeks. Also had a furnace blowout that took about four calls to get fixed and i had to be out of the apartment for a few days) but all were fully resolved within a week or two, just took a little follow up when the first attempt didn’t solve it. I’ve lived in plenty of places where the staff just did not care at all about their residents, this place does. Grateful I found Iris!

  Highly recommend to rent here! Kim from leasing is always available to answer any questions you may have. And Darwin and Mo from maintenance is extremely helpful and reliable. My a/c broke late at night and they walked me through how to fix it and then came right away the next day to fix it. Best apartment complex by far!

  The Iris at Northpointe is the perfect place to call home. Kim at the front office will always greet you with a smile and is available for any questions. Both Moses and Darwin will help with any maintenance you may need for your unit and go above and beyond!! They fix and repair with fast turn around time along with making sure the overall property stays pristine. If you are moving to the area or looking to relocate I highly recommend The Iris at Northpointe!

  I definitely give this location a great review. The front office staff goes above and beyond to help with any issues or concerns immediately. Kim was especially helpful when she helped me retrieve something I thought was lost forever. She knew I wasn't feeling well so she did all the foot work for me. I've lived here almost 5 years. It's very quiet. The neighbors are very respectful of others. Also the maintenance staff has taken care of any issues in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend a friend. 😊

  I’ve lived here for six years, and throughout that entire time, Moses has consistently gone above and beyond. He is always professional, friendly, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. No matter what the issue is, he handles it quickly and does excellent work. It’s rare to find someone so dependable and dedicated. He has made such a positive difference in my experience living here, and I truly appreciate everything he does. We are very lucky to have him!
