  My experience at Forrest lake has been the absolute best. You’re not going to find another place like it for the prices they have.

  Joel is extremely helpful and professional! Helped me a ton and made the entire experience extremely welcoming and smooth. The complex is very nice and there’s lots of events to keep the community alive and active.

  If I could give this place zero stars I would. I don’t recommend ever renting here, they are thiefs and liars!! They want you to do all the work when it comes time to finding someone to sublease from you and then you still have to pay on top of that. I call about charges and I’m told one thing and call again and told another thing. I’m so disgusted with this place. They are offering 2 months of rent free because no one wants to deal with their crappy business and they are losing residents. I also put in many requests for them to fix the toilet and it never gets fixed but they have the audacity to charge me a $40 bathroom cleaning fee after I cleaned the bathroom myself. And!! they took my security deposit and started piling charges on my account after I turned in the keys even though it was never mentioned to me that there will be a charge when I turned in the keys. I get times are hard for business too but it doesn’t excuse screwing people over in the process. Run far far away from this place!!

  I rarely leave reviews, but this has been one of the most frustrating living experiences I’ve had. For the past TWO WEEKS, my bathroom has been repeatedly flooding due to an issue with the upstairs plumbing. I have reported this multiple times, and every single time I’m told it’s been “fixed”, yet the problem keeps happening. At this point, it’s clear the issue has never actually been resolved. I’ve had to constantly clean up water, wash soaked rugs, and spend my own money on cleaning supplies just to keep my apartment livable. What’s most disappointing is not just the issue itself, but the complete lack of accountability and follow through from management. Saying something is fixed when it clearly isn’t is unacceptable. the manager has yet to call me back keeps saying he is in a meeting or out of office this is horrible so glad i am moving in a few If you’re considering living here, just be aware that ongoing maintenance issues may not be handled properly,and you may be left dealing with the consequences yourself.
