  The Social is easily one of the best student spots in town! The atmosphere is always lively, and the management goes above and beyond to organize events that actually make it feel like a community. If you want a place where it's easy to meet people and still have a great space to study, this is it.

  Roach infested apartments with high rent and no communication what so ever. The office never reaches out after being called multiple times. As well as staff members are immature unreliable other then jeff Chloe and the maintenance team. the two gentlemen who are up front usually on their phones not paying any attention as well as smelled of alcohol very strongly. Will not rent or refer this property to anyone.

  Chloe Bruce was our tour guide and she was so bubbly and helpful! She answered all our questions and we enjoyed having her as our guide.

  I have been living here for years and have enjoyed all the amenities, cheap rent and events the office hosts. Maintenance is quick to fix problems and everyone is very nice.
