  Just renewed my lease for another year . New garage requested and granted . Thank you all so much . The staff , amenities , location , dog washing station , and safety are what all residents desire . You did exceptional .

  I just moved out after a year in this complex. The apartments and amenities are nice but there were two deficiencies that made me decide to leave. First, the parking situation. There are not enough parking spaces for the number of apartments. There are roughly 175 parking spaces (yes, I counted) within reasonable walking distance of almost 250 apartments. Every curb, loading zone and , handicapped space is full at night. It’s a structural deficiency that there is really no way for them to correct short of buying more land and building more parking. Second the package room. Every package you receive goes to a package room. It’s just a bunch of shelves with letters that supposedly correspond with your name. If your name is Bob Jones, in theory, your packages will be on the J shelf. In reality, they might be on the B shelf, the floor or, anywhere else in the room. It is insufficiently sized for the number of apartments they have and constantly overflowing. The delivery guys don’t care and just put packages anywhere. By the time everyone digs through the mountains of packages there’s no telling where things end up. It’s a constant disaster. See the picture. It was taken in September. You can imagine what it looked like in December! These things were bad enough but the final straw was the threats from management. Threats to tow cars. Threats to return packages. They were trying to threaten the residents to solve problems that were a result of poor planning and bad infrastructure rather than try to find a real solution. If you don’t have a car and don’t shop on line you will probably love it here. If you do keep looking.

  When I moved in I was welcomed and treated very kindly. IAparment was perfect and everything was in order. I have been here about two weeks now and everything seems to be working great, and looks great.

  This place now feels like low income housing. New manager has completely lost control. The grounds are filthy, trash everywhere, floors and stairs never cleaned, plants dead and the dog park full of poop. Garbage piles up every weekend and my neighbor leaves trash on the floor that stinks, yet nothing is done. The pool turns into an after-hours party spot with people drinking, smoking and even sleeping in it. Parking rules change whenever they feel like it and now they force you to pay for a garage if you have more than one car, even though that wasn’t the rule when many of us moved in. The package room we pay for is a disaster and my packages have been stolen. They don’t notify us on time when they shut the water off for hours. The building alarms go off in the middle of the night and they still can’t figure out why. Every neighbor I talk to wants out as soon as their lease ends. Karen was the only one who kept this place running.
