  Applied to this company because their website indicates that they review 24 months of rental history, and my fiance had an eviction (that he paid off) from over 6 years ago. Throughout the weeklong process we contacted the office multiple times, leaving voicemails, texts, and emails to get an update on our application. Lionel kept us waiting for just over a week and never returned our calls. The only time I heard from him was today when we were denied. While companies can deny however they please, my main complaint is the lack of care and communication from the property manager. Additionally they need clearer language regarding rental history. You can’t put a line about evictions under a statement that says 24 months and then say any and all evictions count. Honestly glad we were denied because I can’t imagine what maintenance requests would look like if Lionel can’t return a single phone call.

  🚩🚩MAKES ZERO SENSE SIR🚩🚩 We were not told anything of the sort which you clearly admitted in this email. You barely said hello to us and/or made eye contact. Most realtors are so nice and personable. ZERO personality, but we just took it as he’s having a bad day. Looking at his reviews it seems to be a trend. We are really disappointed because we had high hopes about this house. Had he been honest and upfront, we never would have never applied for it. I’m gonna take it as a blessing in disguise because it looks like we dodged a bullet. RESPONSE : this still doesn’t negate the fact that CHRIS GOLD is a horrible representation of your company. We have dealt with 10 plus realtors in the last two months. Every realtor realtor says to us “do not waste your money yet because there is another application… if they do not get approved we will let you know. “. It is very obvious you guys are in the business of keeping your lights on by pricing your rentals lower than the comps in the area to drive more traffic which equals more applications and more money to pay your office rent. Every home in that neighborhood was priced $200-300 more and your home was by far the nicest home. So you guys definitely have some sort of system going on. Also, charging us a pet fee before even getting accepted is absurd. It’s apparent you are for the property owner and not for the renters. RENTERS BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY !!!!

  Lionel has been my property manager for over 4 years and has continued to exceed my expectations. He is responsive, caring, and always seeks to understand my needs. He goes above and beyond to offer a level of service that not only keeps my property rented, but allows me the peace of mind that if anything were to go wrong, it would be taken care of in a timely manner and in a professional way.   I worked directly with Lionel and couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience! He communicates in an extremely fast and professional manner. He is so patient, kind and made a normally stressful process very easy. 10/10 recommend.
