Probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had. I should’ve read the reviews before trying so hard to view the property. Had I done that, I would have seen that Chris Gold was never going to be easy to work with from the start. To begin with, I inquired about the property one or two times through the app it was listed on but I got no response at first. I inquired again & I finally get a standard email from Chris. I call him to set up a viewing & he already sounded extremely uninterested. I push through the million questions he asked & repeated that I wanted to view the home prior to applying. I called him back with my availability considering he’s not flexible AT ALL & only has a 4 hour time block to see the house and it’s during an average persons work hours. Fine, we take PTO from work. He specifically told me that day and time would work and that he will be calling me an hour before the viewing to confirm. However, I call the business day before our viewing & confirmed that we were still good to see the house that following Monday, he said yes. Come Monday, Chris is magically missing in action. From 9am the day of our viewing (our viewing was at 1), to 1:33pm I was calling Chris, texted the number, called Wilson management group main line to get through to anyone else, left a voicemail, NOTHING. I finally get a call back from Chris way after we’ve left the property to return to work and his response? “Well I told you if you didn’t confirm the day of, I wouldn’t be there” …………… the audacity. The unprofessionalism. I explained to him everything I just explained above ^ he said he called me and that there was no option to leave a voicemail which was a complete lie because after we hung up, I had multiple people call me and see if my voicemail box worked. It 100% worked for each person that called. He offered no accommodation to let us see the house at an hour on the weekend or after work so that we wouldn’t have to take PTO again, even though this was completely his fault. We left feeling frustrated, disrespected, and out of PTO hours for this. Completely unreliable is an understatement. Take your business elsewhere to where they will actually VALUE you as a customer.

this beware if you're gonna rent a property from this company or if you have to deal particularly with chris gold, he is one of the most arrogant, unprofessional people.I ever spoken to over the phone. I was lucky enough I didn't sign or commit to anything. Because if you have to do with this individual for a whole twelve month lease anticipate lack of professionalism and just a very arrogant person. I called to schedule a tour of the propertie it took approximately 5 or 6 calls to finally get a response, but I finally spoke to Mr gold. The conversation was more of a 20 questions with Barbara Walters, where Mr gold was basically pushing for me to apply for the property when I haven't even seen it it almost seemed like he wanted to qualify me by asking me a whole bunch of questions, instead of just setting up an appointment to see it, that was fine. I finally set it up 3 days after our conversation and Mr. Gold I quote said he wasn't gonna drive to the Property unless I confirmed that day that I was gonna head over there. I thought this was Arrogant from his end but on the day agreed to see the property, I called several hours prior to make sure he would be there. Mister gold, called me back about an hour prior saying that he had something else to do, and if I could reschedule for an hour and a 1/2 later, I called him back, he didn't respond as usual. So I told him that the time didn't work for me. And if it was possible to perhaps do it after four p m that day, mr gold called me and seemed annoyed by his tone of voice telling me he had been driving a lot which I have no idea what that had to do with our agreed time. Since he was the one that set it not me because he is so busy That was the only block of time that he had. I quote, I asked what was the problem since I had set this appointment several days prior at, his convenience his reply was he called me to reschedule. At this point, he just aggressively, followed by saying how he didn't want to argue with me. And if I wanted to see the property to just call him again to reschedule and hung up. I never argued, just simply asked why he would set up an appointment At, his convenience to which I had to change my entire schedule at work in order to accommodate them and still just blew me off. No wonder why the property has 90 days on the market. And hasn't rented, he doesn't show it. So how is the property gonna get rented? If you don't show the property to potential renters?? To whoever reads this: Stay away from this company. Go with Keller Williams, or more reputable companies. They answer the phone. Then kindly follow-up with you. Show an interest for your business. Instead of an un- professional arrogant, individuals like Chris gold Who are under the impression They have the last property in the market to rent, it's almost hilarious that someone in the current economy Acts that way with a property that's been sitting ninety days, not rented.
