  Jesse was great. We were in for just a few days from the frozen north. We gave him idea of what we wanted and where ..he quickly put together a series of emails with preliminary homes for us to view on-line. This allowed us to further pin-point our requests so when we arrived Jesse had an initial 14 homes for us to view. He patiently showed them to us in 2 afternoons and quickly eliminated a couple based on our comments on ones we had seen. He was charming the entire time and gave us a lot of insight into Sarasota area living. By the end of two days we made a decision. Due to an upcoming commitment, we needed to move in quickly. Jesse took command and helped us close within 2 weeks. We are moved in and very very happy with our choice of home ...and our choice of realtor. Highly recommend this thoughtful, hard-working, kind person for your real estate needs around the Sarasota-Bradenton area as well as the islands along the Sarasota coast line especially Long Boat Key.

  Jesse Griffin could not have represented and guided me to the finish line any better in my recent purchase of a unit at Cedars, in Longboat Key. He was available at all times during the negotation process and persuasively expressed to the seller my buyer's perspective. And once a contract was signed with some repair contingencies, Jesse was invaluable in monitoring the repairs and confirming that the work was properly completed, as I was not available in Longboat Key to do all that myself. He went well beyond what most of us would expect a broker to do for a buyer.
