- NJNurse JNov 19, 20251.0Tracey Mayer a loan consultant for Pulte Homes is unprofessional. Her attitude the first phone interview was a disgrace to the company. To anyone who is assigned to her, ask for another consultant. She judges you before giving you a chance and will set you up for failure. I wished I listened to my first mind to replace her but I did not. It led to a horror story trying to buy my first home. I am disappointed with Pulte Homes especially Tracey Mayer.

She made the process very smooth and answered any questions we had, even on her days off. She’s efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. Also, the construction manager, Javier Borges, was very efficient. He made sure everything was in top notch condition and addressed all our concerns. Both Sarah and Javier went above and beyond. We are truly thrilled to begin our journey in this amazing community.
