Looking for a new place to live? Not here! This place is a joke! From people in the pool hall w there dog just drinking & smoking weed. To the homes that look like they need to be torn down w hoarders & squatters. People who are supposedly in charge of management and making sure everything is by the book rely on neighbors to fill out forms for them and do their job for them. What a joke!

I would highly recommend NOT moving into this Park for various reasons. First, the management is awful. They never follow up on repairs. There are multiple water main breaks throughout the park, thus causing residents to lose their water for hours. We very really get a report on what it is our drinking water. The pools are 80% dirty most if the time. The landscaping is awful. They have a very high turnover of personnel. If there are large trees near your home, they will not trim nor cut them down. Residents have to pay for tree removal. The security gate is consistently broken and takes months to fix it. Then, there's the lot rent. If you buy a home, expect your lot rent to increase on 1/1 at least $100 or more, and thereafter 2% every January. If you exercise your First Amendment Rights to management, expect to get a nasty gram from management threatening to give you a 30 day eviction notice if you don't "curb" your actions. Also, there is quite a bit of crime in the park. Therefore, I would highly recommend that you stay away from parks that are owned by ELS.
