- ABAnita BrownNov 17, 20252.015 yrs ago we bought our place at coachwood colony, the park was really nice, everything was nice and kept up, “TODAY” I would call it the ghettos. It’s so sad that owners and management of this park doesn’t care!!! Both ends of the park coming into the park is disgustingly!!! I hate to even tell people anymore that’s where I live. Sorry but just come and see for yourself. E have the best neighbors tho
- CDChris DarrellMay 21, 20212.0Before the new manager came in it was a dump I lived at 2603 Houston place and rented it from a Texan who just did not care. The home needed to be condemned no doubt as the roof leaked throughout the home. Hope it has not been rented or sold to another family.
