  Took advantage of us not knowing what we were doing about selling our house. It was needing air unit and roof . I told him as is and he listed it for a bank loan also knowing it wouldn’t pass. He even called wanting me to help pay for the air unit so she could get it passed for insurance. At 120 we had taken off for those repairs already. I GOT SO CONFUSED I WAS IN TEARS. I didn’t think I had anyone helping me. A senior alone with a disabled spouse from a stroke. When my realtor friend from Tenn got so mad about what he was doing I fired him and he charged me the 500$ to get out of a year contract. I need to sell this house so we can go home. I’m starting over now minus 500$.

  Dustin is the best! Bruce and I called about a listing we had seen and asked him if we could see the home. When we met, he was very informed about the home and the neighborhood. He gave a detailed tour of the home and answered our concerns. Neighbors even stopped over to say hi, which in turn, Dustin introduced us. He really did know the area very well which made our comfort level even better. No pressure, which is something else we appreciated. We even asked him to meet with us the next day to view the home again. We put in an offer and it was accepted that night. Everything was done very professionally but with a personal touch. We closed in two weeks thanks to Dustin’ s work getting everything together and having a good relationship with the sellers. He made it possible for us to find that perfect home.
