  Lived here for years. Couldn't pay the last 2 months of my rent because of losing my job and having personal things and was not able to pay the last two months. 4,500 at most. We can add some cleaning fees and other things even on the high end say another $2,000. Under 7,000 at the absolute most. I am having to fight them for $13,000 and was evicted. Yes things happen and it is unfortunate circumstances to add on every charge you possibly can and we're not respond to them and just try to gouge them when they're down. The apartment was cleaned out and ready to go a day later. And has set empty for over 2 months now. This place is sick and full of scam artist I know everyone in the area, and and all the surrounding areas I will boycott this place and make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else do not move here. It's sick and disgusting the way they handled the situation. Water shut off ever other week so couldn't shower before work. Constantly getting letters saying they would be coming into our apartment. This place is terrible. Please you will regret moving here as I have and everyone I know that has lived here.

  I moved in about 8 days ago and so far, it has been going pretty well. My unit is pretty spacious. I moved into the 2 bed 2.5 bath townhome. The rooms are a great size. It nice that I have a patio and it's been pretty quiet. I also have a storage closet attached to my unit and storage under the stairs inside as well. I have a dog and there are plenty of areas to walk her. I worked with Tiffany from the leasing office for everything. From the showing of the different units to the application and moving in process. She was quick to answer all of my questions. She's also really nice and explains everything in detail. I'm fortunate I got to work with her and look forward to meeting the rest of the staff as well.

  The apartment is fantastic, the location is great, and I'm thrilled with my new home. I want to especially highlight Tiffany's exceptional service; she helped me with everything, explained everything very well, and is also incredibly kind and charismatic. I want to thank and congratulate Tiffany for her excellent work; she was a huge help in my decision to move here. I'm very happy and satisfied.

  After looking at many apartments over the last couple of months, we decided to go with The Madison, as location was great, community was quiet, and the apartments were big and spacious. Tiffany was our leasing agent, and can’t say enough about how helpful she was thru the entirety of the process. Everything was fast and easy to navigate, and we are now fully moved in and very happy with our decision.

  If I could give this place 0 star I would. I would not recommend living here. The rent is too high for such poor living conditions. The reviews are written by the staff because everyone I know that lives here has had nothing but a bad experience. There is dog crap everywhere throughout the entire complex because the staff doesn’t seem to want to enforce things like that from what they say. They have been extremely rude every tine I’ve asked for anything. My apartment has flooded twice because of poor drainage. I’ve reached out about the cockroach problem repeatedly and we are extremely clean people and haven’t gotten a response in 2 years. They say they’re gonna send someone & once in awhile they do but they’ll spray in like 2 spots and be in and out within seconds. And was told by the exterminator that they pay the bare minimum and are told to do the bare minimum and stated that they aren’t paid to exterminate them but to keep the roaches at a minimum, yet they’ll have the landscapers cone several times a week to mow dead grass. And Gid forbid if you have a guest. They’ll tow their car within hours. It’s happened a few times. The guy working in the front office contracted himself several times and am constantly lies to. They don’t care about their tenants whatsoever.
