  Completely inconsiderate and disrespectful!! Today is April 15 2019. On the weekend of April 6th Holland Associates had a open house at their property listing at 852 Gershwin. As like many real estate companies they will put a sign in my yard ( yes I know it is public property but maintained by me). I have no problem with this and it happens almost every weekend. My Problem with Holland Associates is they did not retrieve their sign. I sent a private message on the 9th to let them know they did not get their sign. They kindly responded that they would relay the msg to the agent. It is not my responsibility to remove your signs when you have an open house. It is now 2 weeks later and the sign is still in my yard.

  This is ok for slow sales, they do a good job in the largo market.
