  If you’re looking into moving to Oceanside Lantana, definitely ask for David. He made the entire process seamless and stress-free. Whether it’s answering questions quickly or handling maintenance requests with a smile, David is a true professional. He really makes this community feel like home. I've been in this community for over 2 years now and have had zero issues. In that timeframe I had gone through some life changes and both David and Marcy were very accommodating with my needs. The place is always well kept, friendly staff including maintenance and management works with you for your request. For what you're receiving, the money is well spent.

  My son and his girlfriend recently moved in to your community, they are young and this is their first apartment. They worked with Mark Chan and he was a amazing making their move in process so simple, stress free and enjoyable. They are so excited about the amenities, the location is excellent and they moved in with no delays. Thank you to Mark for taking such amazing care of our family, we would recommend Oceanside Lantana to anyone and Mark's service is top notch!

  it was such a smooth process, coming from ohio i was worried about the stress and the hassle of paperwork but Mark made it very seamless and stress free! 11/10 would recommend + the apartments are beautiful and its in such a nice growing area !
