  Only been here a month but great experience so far. Luis in maintenance has been responsive and professional, and Claudia and MacKenzie in the front office / leasing have been easy to work with and very helpful. The building is well located and close to everything I need. I appreciate the excellent service!

  I was about to not post this until after spending hours of cleaning upon move out the complex had the audacity to still withhold money from my security deposit for cleaning, when there was nothing outside the realm of unusual wear and tear. Not sure how the complex manages to call itself luxury. Everything is constantly broken and many incidents of crime in the building. The complex sent out a notice to everyone that kids were breaking into apartments and they provided no follow ups. I’ve had packages stolen multiple times and the property manager acted like it’s a normal thing with no desire to escalate. Despite all these issues they actively choose not to have cameras throughout the building. Just to get on I4 alone can take 10 minutes. There was a time where me and my girlfriend were locked inside our apartment and maintenance had to break down the door. The mechanical lock in our door broke not too long after we moved in, and since there is no physical key, the porches are screened in, and the unit is elevated there was no way out. There were multiple fire alarms weeks beforehand so it became a concern if something were to happen. On top of all this our apartment flooded 6 times due to a drainage issue with the water line on the washing machine. It would flood without us even using it. Each time I reached out to management but I never received contact from them. I don’t think the property manager actually walks through the property to see what needs to be fixed or maintained. Workers came to paint the buildings and when they were finished there was trash everywhere. No quality control or review happens with these big projects. I would not have lived here if it weren’t for a 2 month special they were offering. All of this occurred within one year with no lease renewal.

  Today the building’s office hosted a Thanksgiving party for us residents. During the year they host some of them, but today it was nothing less than an AMAZING event, the food was delicious, the decoration impeccable, definitely exceeded my expectations. Thank you all for the hard work each of you put into daily and shout out to our manager Iretta for the best stuffing I’ve ever had! Wish you all a happy and blessed Thanksgiving!

  Paper thin walls, you can hear everything. Super expensive rent and they just recently did the landlord special on my patio, made an entire mess of it and destroyed my screening. Scaffolding has been out there for more than a week now blocking my patio and windows. Now they have started construction on the pool which they decided 7am would be a good time to start and it’s been extremely loud for the last 3 hours. I mean I can hear it all. This is ridiculous I can only imagine how the others feel. Im sure they’ve gotten many complaints. I’d heavily consider moving here.
