From the very beginning, Wendy took ownership of the situation and handled everything with a level of care, professionalism, and efficiency that truly impressed us. She was incredibly proactive in keeping us informed throughout the entire process — whether it was the scheduling status of the plumbing company, updates on progress, or just checking in to make sure things were going smoothly. We never had to chase down information or wonder what was happening next. Her communication was always clear, timely, and reassuring, which made a potentially stressful experience feel manageable and well under control. It was great to see this community come together as a concept and see the clubhouse and amenities get done. The initial project management team and builders were stellar and great to work with. The floor plans and options were great. Things have since changed, unfortunately. I love the location The Isles at Lakewood Ranch has going for itself. Just out East far enough to be insulated from the hustle and bustle. I look forward to representing more home buyers pursuing Toll Brothers in 2023 and beyond.
