Because they don’t fix “cosmetic” issues? The door will rust. And every issue is cosmetic. They also refused to fix drywall they missed again inside of the 12 month warranty. See for yourself how they’ll treat you even inside your warranty period. (I never post any reviews, so the level of frustration this situation caused to get to this point…)
