I've been at Sapphire Point, Lakewood Ranch (Pulte Homes) for one year now. I am extremely impressed with their 1 year follow up regarding inevitable necessary repairs in any new home. Their representative, Hannah Hill, was outstanding! And the home itself was built to a high standard. The property and surroundings are maintained to a high level, with very responsive management. Pulte exceeded my expectations. Thank you!
