It’s rare to find someone who truly cares about doing the job right, but Chris definitely does. He is knowledgeable, efficient, and always makes sure the issue is fully taken care of before leaving. On top of that, he has a great attitude and makes residents feel heard and valued, which really means a lot. Having someone like Chris on the maintenance team makes a huge difference in the living experience here. Retreat at Lakeland is lucky to have him, and I truly appreciate all of his hard work.
