  Incredibly unprofessional. Shannon, the property manager NEVER answers or returns any calls. Numerous complaints have been filed over the past few months, NOTHING has been changed, I have never been contacted regarding my complaints either. Dealing with them has been an absolute nightmare.

  The only time that I get a resolution and things looked into is when I do a review, I have gone two weekends already with a non-working fridge last weekend It happened Friday night. I called the emergency line so many times and one came out until TUESDAY (3 days with no working fridge) Horrible vendor comes out and he says oh it looks like it’s cooling down again he didn’t check anything as far as compressor or Freon if applicable he says oh no need to check that. He didn’t do anything on his end. Fast forward to today. I wake up. It’s literally blowing hot air. That is 2 sets of groceries that I’ve had to throw out with no one showing empathy no one offering compensation of any kind. I’ve called 2 times already bc no one is answering and it’s 1pm..This is beyond frustrating. Honestly, no one should be able to do a review unless you rent from PMI because the resolution time that I get when I have serious maintenance issues does not get resolved in a timely matter. it’s actually quite disappointing. Another spring break weekend without a properly working fridge, and this is creating a real hardship for my household, especially with my kids home for spring break. Food has been spoiled and we are unable to store groceries AGAIN! Do better please. Do better please.
