  We like it here.. we've been here for 8 months almost. Planning on staying a while. If you move here respect your neighbors, like don't leave you dog unattended on patios, be mindful of heavy noise heavy walking or running.. quiet time is always, but specially 10pm-7pm. Know your neighbors, get to know their work schedules. Just incase you wanna be loud. Clubhouse is amazing. The pool area and fitness center too. Final out with parking.. try to park only one close to your unit if you have multiple vehicles. Guests and other vehicles should be parked in between the buildings or by the Clubhouse. The maintenance team are exceptional!!! A reminder. If you have issues with neighbors any.. try to work with them first,then if you can't resolve them.. bring to the leasing team. (Make the experience here the best home ever.)

  Great place to live. My husband & I lived here for almost a year & had to move due to military orders. We really enjoyed living there. The community is quiet, clean, & modern. Maintenance always responded quickly to any issues. The location is also very convenient and centrally located. The only downside is the parking, which is first-come, first-served. I think spaces should be numbered because some neighbors did not follow the one-space-per-apartment rule. Overall, we had a very positive experience living here.

  We relocated from Indiana and Angelica was very informative during the application process. The apartment is clean and spacious. We love the big balcony. The complex is quiet and well kept.

  From the first visit to see the place we thought it seemed like what we were looking for, a very quiet, clean and organized place. Excellent customer service, very good attention from Angelica, Massiel and Jasmine. We feel as if we have lived here for a long time, because it feels like home. We hope that they always maintain that level of interest and attention for the tenants. A very good place to live and in a central area, just minutes from almost all points of interest in Lakeland. Great and clean amenities, 100% recommended!

  I honestly don’t know where to start. I was shopping around for an apartment because I had been living in a house and when I first spoke with Angelica over the phone she pretty much explained everything to me also went into details about the bedrooms available and everything the property has to offer. I wanted to move in without viewing an apartment in person lol when I finally made it to the leasing office she made me feel like family. She helped me complete everything or when I had a question she always treated me like a priority. I’m so glad I chose Gibson Oaks it’s nothing like being around ppl that treat you family vs another tenant. If you ever stop by pls ask for Angelica she’s the sweetest and so patient.
