  My wife and I have been completely satisfied with the entire process, from the initial walkthrough of the model to where we are now as the build nears completion. We chose the Canary model for its design and price point. Being semi-retired, we decided to relocate from the St. Petersburg area—where we lived for over 60 years—to Lakeland to be closer to our grandchildren. From the very beginning, our sales consultant, Carol, was friendly, accommodating, and incredibly knowledgeable. She explained everything in a way we could easily understand, and her communication—from pricing details to HOA questions—was impeccable. Carol truly made this experience enjoyable and will always have a special place in our hearts. Our project manager, Austin, has also been outstanding. Like Carol, his communication has been exceptional, and he has stayed on top of every detail throughout the build. Austin handled quality control issues along the way and managed subcontractors with ease, ensuring everything stayed on track. Both Carol and Austin documented the entire process by photographing the build from groundbreaking through completion, which we truly appreciated. I visited the site regularly and observed the subcontractors firsthand. The quality of the work has been very good, and we are extremely happy with our Ryan home. We are excited and can’t wait to move in soon. We financed a small portion through NVR Mortgage Company, and that process has been smooth as well. Our closing is scheduled for mid-February. We’re looking forward to meeting our new neighbors and starting this next chapter.

  The location was a important part of choosing Ryan Homes at Lakeside Preserve. Everyone is so nice. Carol has made this experience an awesome one She's very insightful and knowledgeable. She has been super kind and helpful.

  I own Been There Screened That LLC and iv been in almost every subdivision in central Fl. Iv dealt with several developers and home builders but Ryan Homes they stand out as home builders. Iv recently had the Pleasure of meeting Carol who currently works out of the Lake Side preserve sub division in lakeland. I can tell you that her and her partner are some of the most honest and genuine people iv met to date in this industry. They care about quality, honesty and above all they care about there potential home owners. Ryan homes should be the industry standard for every home builder in the state Florida.
