Iv dealt with several developers and home builders but Ryan Homes they stand out as home builders. Iv recently had the Pleasure of meeting Carol who currently works out of the Lake Side preserve sub division in lakeland. I can tell you that her and her partner are some of the most honest and genuine people iv met to date in this industry. They care about quality, honesty and above all they care about there potential home owners. Ryan homes should be the industry standard for every home builder in the state Florida.
