They literally got us approved and moved in within a week! Adriana and Kadie were especially amazing, super helpful and just genuinely great to work with. The rest of the office staff was wonderful too. We ran into a couple of technical issues along the way, but they made everything so simple and stress-free, even when we were the ones struggling lol. My roommate and I would recommend this place a thousand times over any other apartment complex in Lakeland. We’re truly in love with our new home!

The initial staff that helped us in the process (Brady) is no longer there however the new management team was just as attentive to our needs. Maintenance was fast and easy to work with, although there weren’t many issues we faced overall. I would recommend this peaceful community to anyone looking for a place to setup their home base. We lived here with our children and we felt safe and comfortable. Ms Kadie in the front office was amazing and always went above and beyond to ensure we were heard.
