From the second we stepped on the property I knew it was the right fit for us. Kadie was amazing in getting us the info, answering our questions, and really walking with us through the process. She has remained that same person even after moving in. She has been highly attentive to needs, open to suggestions, and embraces high expectations for the community. The amenities are just right, valet trash Sunday - Thursday, an amazing coffee bar station, the gym is well equipped for working out multiple ways easily, the staff is very friendly and responsive. Community activities are well planned. The community space has been amazing for hosting parties. Grill access is never an issue and always clean. Walking distance to downtown restaurants and activities have been 100% the best. A 10 minute walk and you are downtown Lakeland with easy access to Saturday Markets, weekend events, some amazing restaurants. Swan Brewing is right across the lake, no Uber needed… and they have live music and food trucks throughout the week. Also walking distance to Bonnet Springs Park is perfect. It’s a 1-mile walk/run/bike ride.. with complete access to the park, kids play areas, a coffee cafe, a restaurant and bar, and plenty of festivals and activities throughout the year. Did I mention, Prospect is amazing!!!
