- AVAshley Vera Vazquez5 days ago4.0Great place to live. My husband & I lived here for almost a year & had to move due to military orders. We really enjoyed living there. The community is quiet, clean, & modern. Maintenance always responded quickly to any issues. The location is also very convenient and centrally located. The only downside is the parking, which is first-come, first-served. I think spaces should be numbered because some neighbors did not follow the one-space-per-apartment rule. Overall, we had a very positive experience living here.

We lived here for around 6 months now.. the first week we lived here was fine... until the upstair neighbors arrived back home.. noise noise noise... knock knock knock.. pound pound pound... paper thin floors... cheaply built... very nice inside, but beware... actually they admitted knowing that there's a problem... of course they won't do anything. Definitely not worth the high rent.. 2 bedroom 2 bath $1885mo with all their charges.. signed a 15mo lease. Wish we didn't now..

We rarely have issues, aside from a car break-in that happened in the past. There has also been some unprofessionalism from the community director at times, which can make getting things handled a bit frustrating. That said, Angelica has been absolutely amazing. She’s always quick to respond, follows through, and genuinely cares about resolving issues when they come up. Anytime we’ve had a problem or needed something fixed, she’s the one who gets it done. She really makes the difference in keeping this place running smoothly.
