    We’ve lived here for about two years, and overall it’s been a good neighborhood — clean, quiet for the most part, and a nice place to live. We rarely have issues, aside from a car break-in that happened in the past. There has also been some unprofessionalism from the community director at times, which can make getting things handled a bit frustrating. That said, Angelica has been absolutely amazing. She’s always quick to respond, follows through, and genuinely cares about resolving issues when they come up. Anytime we’ve had a problem or needed something fixed, she’s the one who gets it done. She really makes the difference in keeping this place running smoothly.

    We relocated from Indiana and Angelica was very informative during the application process. The apartment is clean and spacious. We love the big balcony. The complex is quiet and well kept.

    Great experience so far living at Gibson Oaks. Angelica truly took care of every need me & my wife had in the months leading up to our move & it has been everything we have looked for. Intimate community with awesome amenities. Highly recommend living here.
