    I bought a Clayton unit and after one year the floor started to fall down. Factory warranty is only one year. I will need to pay to have entire floor replace. Never buy Clayton homes.

    Can not express enough how amazing this Clayton Home location is and the quality of their homes! From Charity, to Tara, everyone there always helped me, and was on top of everything. They really want to help people get into their homes. If you want to buy a house from them, it’s worth it. From the customer service, to the delivery and project management, they were excellent. We have our welcome home this morning because of their hard work and commitment. We are so happy they helped us with the buying process, construction, and everything in between. Will forever be grateful for everyone there.

    Terry Lehmann went above and beyond explaining everything to someone who knew next to nothing about the differences in mobile( manufactured) homes and modular. I i could have given him 10 stars i would !!! He was THE BEST
