Our gates don't work at all. I still like living here but there's a lot to be desired. Also I do like that the rent doesn't get out of control.

A very special thank you to…MARISOL, who worked with us from day one. She was never pushy-she’s kind, professional, respectful, and made the entire process smooth and comfortable. During our tour and throughout the application process, she explained everything clearly and took her time with us. She also made sure certain things in the apartment were taken care of before our move-in, which we appreciated so much. When we finally walked into our new home, everything was clean, freshly painted, and honestly a breath of fresh air. We’ve now been here for two weeks, and the experience has only gotten better. Marcelo from maintenance responded to our requests immediately-he too was respectful, professional, kind, and extremely helpful. The community itself is peaceful and quiet, which means my husband, who works all kinds of hours, is able to get the rest he needs. There were many options out there, but we are truly thrilled we chose Century Ariva.
