  Ordered a small single wide . Delivered from factory in Georgia 4 weeks later. Next day after dropped on site, opened house, discovered it had been broken into. Fridge stolen, exterior light fixtures, plumbing hook up pipes and elbows, manufacturers welcome home packet, info on hearing unit and home circulation. System and vents. Also about 40 percent of trim work 8. House was not nailed down, a couple of walls bowed and out of alignment. Plumbing interior not caulked, light fixtures in ceiling falling out of ceiling, exterior trim damaged sometime between construction and on site placement, several cracks in ceiling. 5 months later still waiting on factory repairs and replacement of documents. fridge just now replaced.
