  Went for a tour of this place and everything is broken around the pool. Grills don't work, hot tub is freezing cold. Went back a few months later to see if anything was fixed, still broken. Beware!!!

  Maintenance is great. You put in a request through the app and they show up the next day and take care of it. Never had a single problem, getting things taken care of.

  Cannot get them on the phone and they do not help if there are loud tenants that make noise all night long. I’ve complained several times and still nothing has been done, other than empty promises to either move my unit or hold the loud tenants responsible, yet nothing has been done on that end either. Only rating 2 stars because maintenance is prompt and courteous.

  Been living here for three years and the first two years were great, but lately it’s been going downhill. I just wanna say the maintenance staff is amazing. They come quickly after being requested and make sure the job gets done and done right. The problem is the trash. We used to have a recycling bin but it was taken from us because people were overflowing it. Which honestly feel like they could’ve talked to the company or find another one that can maybe pick up more often or put another recycling bin on the other side of the complex. They recently did send notice of a new trash system where we will have 30 gallon bins (which isn’t much) and there will be trash pick up everyday except Friday and Saturday. The way this neighborhood deals with trash, I worry it’ll stink of the halls. They do have a request for everyone to bring in trash bins and keep the trash at a minimum of two bags or you’ll be fined, but I’m still worried. We also recently got switched to a neighborhood Spectrum Internet plan that is supposedly 1G, but I’m pretty sure the whole neighborhood is sharing it. During “peak internet usage hours,” after 5pm on weekdays and 3pm on weekends, suddenly my streaming services are pausing and buffering, video games have high ping and lag. Sometimes the internet can’t stay connected. It doesn’t affect me working from home and I am saving money, but it affects my downtime and it’s frustrating. All the new changes is making me reconsider resigning for another year and looking for a change once my lease is up, but I’m honestly hoping some adjustments are made so I don’t have to leave. My 2 bed 1 bath is nice and fairly priced. Just the right amount of space for me and my small family. The staff is helpful in A LOT of ways they can control and again the maintenance team is amazing, but whoever the owners are need to adjust budget to make some changes.
