  I had a great experience living at Century Ariva and would definitely recommend it. The community areas are very well maintained, and the overall atmosphere is peaceful and quiet. One of my favorite features was the pool area—it’s large, always available, and very well kept. It really adds to the quality of living here. The location is also a huge plus. There’s a plaza literally across the street with a Publix, a veterinary clinic, bars, and restaurants, which makes daily life extremely convenient. If you enjoy being outdoors, this place is perfect. There are plenty of walking and biking paths, and it’s truly a pet-friendly community. There are pet stations throughout the walking areas, a dedicated dog park, and large green spaces where you can relax or spend time with your pets. The apartment itself was in very good condition, and the maintenance team was excellent. Everyone working there was always helpful, professional, and friendly. One thing to note (which doesn’t affect my 5-star rating) is that the interior sound insulation between apartments could be better. While you don’t hear much from outside, sounds from neighboring units—like footsteps, TV, music, or even a vacuum—can sometimes be noticeable. Overall, it was a beautiful place to live, and I would absolutely live here again (probably on a third floor next time 😄).

  Absolutely horrible and I didn’t even get to live there yet. They never answer the phone or emails and are never any help if you go up there in person. Made multiple attempts to speak with someone who could help me or a property manager and I got nothing for over a week. They would not accept my ESA pet and did not even attempt to help me, I just got ignored. Not to mention most of the amenities I would have paid for didn’t even work and they are so overpriced.

  We loved our experience at Century Ariva. Jada and Andre were are favorite. Jada was always quick to answer us and would stop and talk to us when we crossed paths. My kids fell in love with Mr. Andre. He was the highlight of their day. Carlos and Andre were quick to help with our maintenance needs and made sure we were still comfortable when our AC broke and were quick to get it back up and running. The pool and walking trail were part of our daily routine and both were well maintained.

  I toured with Marisol and she was absolutely amazing with showing the property and making sure the experience was a personal one. The amenities are amazing here, everything is nice and clean, and all the floor plans are beautiful.

  Pool always dirty , pool guy come and does nothing but add pills to keep it clear hot tub does not work , always extra fees for anything and everything that is out of our control also we get charge in the rent for the dumpster to be empty out. Building was supposedly get pressure wash a year ago and still haven’t see the work. Carpet so cheap . It’s a lot they need to improve .
