- AAAmanda AndersonApr 23, 20221.0I made an appointment with Lake Worth Village and they made the appointment three weeks from when I called.I let them know I was very interested in two homes they had for sale.I had my appointment today and was told that both homes were under contract.They are both still listed for sale on their website and on Zillow.I told the sales person this and she stated they were waiting to see if the people qualified. She then said only the new homes were for sale.I waited three weeks for this appointment.LW Village should have phoned to let me know the homes were sold.I have 30,000 to put down on a home and good credit.Pretty sad how I was treated.I can guarantee the same two homes will be for sale next week.Both still have for sale flags on the homes.The one home on Gilbert has some damage to it.The home on Edwina has a broken window, a boarded window and a large missing panel in the back.I was willing to fix these things.Here are some photos from the home on Gilbert.Pretty sad I was treated so badly.
