  This is the best apartment complex that I have lived in. Ashley and Barbara in the leasing office are great. They have worked with me multiple times on my renewals and transfer requests. They make you feel like a valued resident instead of a number. The maintenance staff is also great. They are always very prompt with any service requests and are very friendly. The amenities here are pretty good too. There is a pool, a Gym, a pool table, and grills scattered across the complex. There is also a dedicated fenced in dog park area. I do not have a dog but it looks pretty small. Each unit has a balcony or patio that is not screened in. This complex is right next to the Lake Mary Sunrail station. The sunrail only runs on weekdays so if you work downtown it is very convenient. The noise from the train is not insignificant. I live on the other side of the complex and the glasses in my kitchen cabinet will clink together. It's not as noticeable for sunrail, but when Amtrack and other trains go by on the weekends there is a very noticeable rumble. Having said that, it is something that I have gotten used to and most of the time I don't notice it. When someone visits my apartment for the first time they will stop mid sentence and give me a look. It takes me a second to realize that they are hearing/feeling the train go by. This complex is very close to central/downtown Lake Mary. It is barely a 5 minute walk. Breakdown of utilities/fees: The only option for internet is AT&T. The cheapest option is 300Mbps at $65. 500 Mbps is $75. 127 is the total for apartment related fees, Valet Trash, water(water is a static fee), ETC. I live in a one bedroom by myself and my electric bill is usually just over $100 per month. My biggest "complaints" are that I wish that there was a car washing station and that balconies were screened in.

  We really enjoy living here! The location is great, and the community itself is amazing. The apartments make good use of the sq footage as well. Very few complaints overall, and nothing that should make or break you giving the complex a look. Everyone in the office has been great, especially Ashley! We absolutely hate moving and will likely continue to renew here as long as rates stay reasonable!

  nice looking apartments and location but the amount of dogs that bark at every hour of the day left unattended was tiresome, I am very glad i’m gone.

  I just wanted to give a huge shout out to Jessica! She has been such an incredible and supportive leasing agent. My partner and I are moving from California to Michigan and only have two weeks to figure out a major cross country move. Jessica has gone above and beyond for us and has made us feel so welcomed and way less overwhelmed by walking us through all options and the application process step by step. I have called all around Plymouth this week and have yet to find any other representative who has been as friendly, supportive, and professional as Jessica. Give this woman a raise!!
