  I seriously can’t thank Khalid enough for all the help he gave me. He went way above and beyond to make sure everything worked out and made the whole process so much less stressful. Anytime I had questions or needed anything, he was right there and always made me feel comfortable and taken care of. You can tell he really cares about helping people and not just selling a home. I’m so happy with everything and I really appreciate everything he did for me. He was always there for us to answer anything or even just to provide an encouraging update he is dedicated to his work even on his off days. This made us feel like friends rather than customers. If you’re looking for someone who will truly look out for you, Khalid is the one to go to!

  I cannot say enough good things about Khalid from Clayton Homes! We had an amazing experience working with him! From start to finish, he was knowledgeable, patient, and truly invested in helping us find the right home for our needs and budget. He took the time to answer all of our questions, explain the process clearly, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and straightforward. His honesty and transparency really stood out — we never felt pressured, and he made sure we were comfortable and confident in our decision.   We purchased a Clayton Home this past spring. The salesman Khalid Lawson was top notch. He is not your high pressure pushy salesman. He was very personable, knowledgeable as well as professional. He was thorough in answering our questions, attentive to our needs and very accommodating in servicing our process. He has become a wonderful friend not just a salesman. He is a major asset to this Clayton. Grateful our paths crossed. The entire staff at this dealership was a delight to work with.

  Last year me & my boyfriend came to Lake City Clayton Homes looking for our future home & Mr. Khalid Lawson welcomed us with open arms. But at that time, we decided not to do it. About 3 or 4 weeks ago, we came back to see Mr. Khalid & he knew then that we were ready to get things started. He has answered so many of our questions & concerns on & off the clock. & We are officially buying a mobile home!! We've had many phone calls also. Mr.Khalid has gave us the best experience ever & if you're looking for a good passionate sales person Khalid Lawson at Clayton Homes is the man to see!!
