If you’re looking for an HOA that treats grown adults like unruly middle schoolers, congratulations—you’ve found it.
This HOA doesn’t manage a neighborhood, it micromanages it. Want to park your car in your own driveway? Better check the rulebook. Thinking about putting up a small decoration? Hope you enjoy getting violation notices like they’re party invitations.
Communication is nonexistent unless they’re sending threats, fines, or passive-aggressive letters about grass being 0.2 inches too tall. Meanwhile, actual issues that matter—like maintenance, repairs, or basic upkeep—get ignored indefinitely.
The leadership clearly enjoys the “power” more than the responsibility. Rules are enforced inconsistently, favoritism is obvious, and common sense is nowhere to be found. It feels less like a community and more like living under a petty dictatorship with a clipboard.
Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere—unless you enjoy being told how to live in a house you’re paying for.

I would especially like to thank Deepak. He took close care of us during every visit. He answered our questions immediately each time. Construction Manager Chaz’s explanations about the house were excellent—he explained everything very simply yet in a very clear and understandable way. Thank you to everyone.

Spent a good while looking for a home, and drove past a new neighborhood that Pulte was building. Decided to drive through and found our forever home. I cannot stress enough how excellent the Pulte team have been from start to finish. Absolutely phenomenal team, great people to work with, and we have a beautiful and well-built home. Any concerns that we have had, and there have been very few, have been dealt with quickly and professionally by the Pulte team. Zero regrets and highly recommend!
