  I’ve been here since May of 2025 and I loved living here up to this point I love the lay out of this place but I do think they should change the quiet hours and the quiet hours are from 9pm to 7am and I let my patio door open in the morning when it’s not quiet hours and to let fresh air in to my apartment and my puppy loves sitting out there playing with her ball most of the mornings. It’s supposed to be smoke free complex but people do smoke. But people do not follow that rule of don’t smoke on this complex. But they have time to complain about a puppy playing during non quiet hours

  My move-in experience at Standard 441 in Lady Lake was exceptional — and that is entirely because of Crystal and especially Samantha. I was under significant time pressure due to my interstate moving company giving me extremely short notice for delivery of my household goods. I needed everything finalized quickly to avoid additional costs and major inconvenience. Samantha truly stepped up and handled the majority of the process to make my move happen in less than 48 hours. She expedited documentation, stayed on top of every detail, and personally ensured all required items were completed efficiently and correctly. She worked with urgency, professionalism, and genuine care — and she truly made my situation a priority. What meant the most was that Samantha stayed nearly an hour late on a Friday evening — not just to finalize paperwork — but to make sure I felt fully prepared. She took the time to show me where my mailbox was, explain the Amazon hub and package lockers, point out the trash compactor, and walk me through other important community details. She didn’t rush. She made sure I felt comfortable and confident moving in the next morning. Crystal, as Property Manager, was also supportive and accommodating throughout the process, helping facilitate the quick turnaround. It’s clear there is strong leadership at Standard 441, but Samantha was truly the driving force behind making my move-in happen so smoothly under pressure. Relocating out of state is stressful, and they turned what could have been a chaotic situation into a seamless experience. I’m incredibly grateful and highly recommend this community. — Kristine Curry
