- RARAD AMZOct 20, 20252.0These 2 stars, for now; do not belong to Ryan Homes personnel (Realtors/Vendors, On-site Managers, Installers/Contractors, Loan Officers, Closing Agents, etc.) but related (somehow) with the buying process, and what is coming after dealing with a nondescript HOA; that they contracted to manage the Community. If you are thinking in to have a Villa (and possibly any other type of house), and you have in mind any Architectural addition to "your property" (whatever the model) with your Lanai enclosed for Privacy, Leisure, Family Time (just and enclosure, not an extension in "your" backyard); you better seat down with the HOA Manager or ARC personnel (if you can achieve!! that), to determine to what extension they will allow "what to do" with "your" property; and possibly you will be turning to another builder, and not buying at Hammock Oaks. The Villages and all the properties around are full of enclosures and extensions, either with screens or glass, pools, whirlpools, etc; where the white color, of the windows' frames, is the normal one, the same as your entire house. Again, you better ask, you better think twice.
- MZMagda ZapataSep 4, 20255.0I had a wonderful buying experience with the sales person Alla. She was extremely knowledgeable regarding the community and villa I bought. I decided to go without a realtor and even though Alla worked for the construction company I always felt Alla had my best interest at heart. Even through a difficult closing process, Alla was there to help advocate for me. In addition to Alla, Caydon the project manager made the construction process such an enjoyable experience. Caydon made sure to keep me informed at each stage of the construction process and allowing us to come to the house for a walkthrough at different stages of the construction. Caydon also made the process run smoothly when it came to the inspection and making all the necessary changes on-time. Even after we closed, we found a few minor things that needed to be changed which Caydon was able to help us fix. I am thankful to both Alla and Caydon for making my dream house come true!
