- CDCaitlin DewSep 20, 20252.0My experience went from being so exciting to extremely disappointing and shady. I advise anyone looking to buy a new home to have a professional come with them that knows what they’re doing and can help fight and look out for you. Luckily i did and they could do damage control, but i still got sat with the short end of the stick. I can’t believe at closing almost every question asked it was “idk” and other extremely concerning verbiage in the beginning. Extremely unorganized and it was a scary experience, and then just felt rushed out at the end. I can’t imagine what happens when people go to closing without a professional to look out. Then there were tasks we were told would be done before moving in, not everything was and it was just other problems to worry about on top of moving. i feel cheated out of an experience that was supposed to be so exciting and a fresh start.
