    had a very frustrating experience with Pulte and I want to explain it in detail because I expect a real solution. First, the dishwasher. I have been waiting almost a month for a repair that was supposed to be as simple as installing the missing screws that secure it to the countertop. Last week I was told the manager would come to repair it. I stayed home waiting all day for the appointment and no one showed up. Today the manager finally came and instead of fixing the issue he actually left the dishwasher worse than before. The appliance is now crooked, not leveled, still not properly secured, and the door now gets stuck and rubs against the cabinet when opening or closing. What was supposed to be a simple fix turned into a worse problem. Second, the guest room. One of the walls had a noticeable curvature and was not straight. I was told the repair would take one day. The first time they came they said they did not have the drywall materials and left. The next time someone came, they opened the wall completely and left a large hole in the wall exposing the inside structure and plumbing. After opening it, they said they could not complete the repair and that another person would have to come back. I ended up living with that hole in the wall for more than four weeks. Several appointments were scheduled where I stayed home waiting for them and they either did not show up or arrived without the proper materials. In multiple cases, they scheduled appointments for early in the morning, around 8 a.m., and I would stay home waiting the entire day only for no one to show up without any call or notification that the appointment had been canceled. This is extremely disrespectful to homeowners and to people’s time, especially when customers organize their entire day around these visits. When the repair was finally done, the painter only wanted to do a small touch-up instead of repainting the entire wall, even though a large portion of the wall had been rebuilt. The paint finish ended up looking terrible. Third, the window finishes around the exterior of the house have excessive material and very poor finishing. For a brand-new home, the aesthetic quality of the window frames looks unacceptable and I am still waiting for this to be corrected. Lastly, one of the kitchen cabinets is already damaged. Overall, the organization and service process has been extremely disappointing. Appointments are scheduled and people do not show up, or they arrive without the materials needed to complete the work. Homeowners end up wasting entire days waiting for repairs that never happen, which shows a clear lack of respect for customers’ time and for the quality expected in a new home. At this point, what I expect is a proper and prompt solution to these issues, without more delays or incomplete repairs.

    Loves the community so far. If you look into Buying a home here, please look for Diana from Sales and request Christian as your Construction Manager. They made my dream home happened. I am extremely happy with the results of the house, the space and the aesthetics. Love that you are able to choose upgrades that enhances the look of the house so you don't have to do this with the home is finished.
