  Me and my friend were renting here this place is a complete and total scam and a rip off you pay $1,200 per month not including other things you have to pay for monthly also only one utility is covered in the rent you have to pay for the other you have to pay for rental insurance and if you need maintenance you pay out of pocket for that also on top of that if you have any company the office will come to your door and tell your guests that if you're not on the lease you have to leave we were also told we can't flush toilet tissue we have to throw it in our trash can we're not allowed to use the pool on the property until further notice and I asked the pool guy when I caught him there one day what was wrong with the pool he said nothing there's no reason for the office to be denying us access and use of it also their so called "clubhouse"and fitness center we were told are "not ready for use" this place is a scam do not lease a place here

  The staff is very friendly down-to-earth and helpful. The property is well maintained. Well kept good atmosphere. Good start up place to get yourself going to people the facilities good place to live, a place to start over.
