- JTJennifer TorresMar 3, 20262.0Dryers DO NOT WORK. They steal your money because they are broken for 6 months now after multiple complaints. The office does not care. No refunds. No compensation. Laundry facility on site is included in the rental yet they tell you to cross the street to use the Teale laundry room. Also filthy fecal matter and urine from pets all along the walkway outside your room and in the staircase. Garbage dripping from trash left outside room for pickup and never cleaned, an EXTREME BIOHAZARD. The pungent smell of dog feces is everywhere. Do not rent here. I give less than 1 star.

It’s almost a year to fix a microwave that sparks and this is how the laundry washer washes your laundry. The staff is rude incompetent and lazy. They had a guy installing stuff who wasn’t hvac certified when I went to go complain they said they were gonna call the cops on me and for the trespassing order when I pay rent
