  This is a very goof place to live. Modern facility with fantastic kitchens, granite tops, walk in showers and elevators besides a great Lobby Swimming Pool and Public Entertainment Areas including BBQ’s and a Dog Park. I gave 4 Stars because public areas like, elevators including Walls , hallways air Vents, public area lights off in some areas, Marihuana and cigarettes Smells lingers in some floors. Roaches are a concern. Dog stalls are neglected without garbage pick Up and no disposable garbage bags. Besides these fixable details it’s a good place to enjoy. It’s peace full and quiet.

  Mostly good,, but I have a problem with my washer, they switched out my washer and brought me another one,it’s filthy dirty and mold, I put in 2 requests no reply, I finally went down to the office and I was told I have to run a clean cycle, it was brought into to me dirty !!! I pay for that every month $55 dollars , my clothes stick and now it dosen’t spin

  I am writing to formally express serious concerns regarding the living conditions in this apartment building. The property is consistently unclean and has persistent unpleasant odors, raising significant concerns about sanitation standards. It is difficult to believe that the building would pass a proper health or sanitation inspection under its current conditions. Additionally, the frequent activation of the alarm system—often occurring in the middle of the night on a weekly basis—is causing considerable distress among the elderly residents. These repeated disturbances are disruptive, frightening, and harmful to the well-being of tenants who deserve a safe, clean, and peaceful living environment. Immediate attention and corrective action are necessary to address these issues and ensure that residents are treated with the dignity and care peace they are paying for. My view, they should stop paying rent until improvement is made!

  I live in Osprey park road apartment over one and a half year am very happy joy my beautiful apartment the office workers are very helpfull and nice I have no problem they are exellent workers and handling tanents very professional 🙏🏼

  An Honest Review... I will start by saying that the building itself is very nice and the lobby and common areas are pristine. There are various activities for the tenants also. My mom moved here in August 2025. She is 85 years young. Around the end of September she began to smell a strange odor in her apartment usually in the middle of night. She reported it to management but the smell was not present when someone came to investigate. After a few weeks, my sister and I did smell it when we were there visiting. It was marijuana. My mom soon started to get bad headaches and she would wake up disoriented. She asked management if it would be possible to move to another unit but was told it was against their policy. So we found her a new apartment and she moved out this week. I do understand that marijuana can be used for medicinal purposes but perhaps certain sections of the building could be designated for use as others' health can be affected especially seniors.
