- SSSydney SimmonsApr 15, 20261.0We came in today for a tour since my grandmother is relocating to Florida next month, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing from the start. The leasing agent sitting closest to the front door was extremely rude and completely unresponsive. We weren’t greeted, acknowledged, or asked if we needed assistance. I actually had to step into her office and ask who could help us with a tour, and her response was simply, “Whoever is available,” with no effort to assist or direct us. We chose to speak with another agent further down, only to be told that there are no 3-bedroom units available—which was not reflected on their website. So in the end, we drove 40 minutes for nothing. Overall, it was a frustrating and unprofessional experience.
