  This apartment is absolutely beautiful, and the maintenance is truly extraordinary. Everything is always kept in excellent condition, and it really feels like home. Gaby and Amanda did an extremely amazing job making sure everything fit our needs, wants, and most importantly, our budget. They went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. On top of that, they surprised us with a beautiful gift set of spatulas, spoons, and forks, a $200 Amazon gift card, and 2 months free, which was incredibly generous. I genuinely love this apartment so much and couldn’t be happier with our decision to live here. 💖✨

She communicated with me consistently, kept me updated on every step, and made sure I had all the information I needed before move‑in.   To be honest, Amanda and Gaby really turned our life around. My husband and I are having to start over with a brand-new baby, and things have been very tough (putting it mildly) especially when finding an apartment. We tried to apply with so many other places and I cannot tell you how many times we were lied to at other places or the staff was just incredibly rude. The apartment we are moving out has fallen so short in every way possible and we were just at a huge roadblock in life. But then I found Solaris on Zillow of all places and figured I would give them a call to just to find out about the place. Amanda answered the phone for me, and I thank God she did! I'll never forget when I told her my story and she did everything she could to allow me to breathe a breath of fresh air, which I was not used to. Amanda has gone above and beyond anything I knew that was possible and before I knew it, she was calling me and emailing me with an approval letter! For some it may be nothing but for my little family and I this truly changed our lives for the better and gave us hope! I wish every complex had an Amanda and a Gaby! Gaby has also been with us since we started the process and is very knowledgeable! Gaby showed me what my new apartment will look like and got me squared away with which apartment I wanted and what we would be truly happy in. I thought there was really no hope for us for housing and I was terrified. My husband being a veteran, we even contacted the VA for help because we were at a loss. Starting over and building your credit back up is no joke and we just needed a chance to catch our breath and get back up on our feet, and Amanda and Gaby did that for us. I really can't even explain in words on here just how incredibly grateful we are. The complex is absolutely beautiful and very well maintained. Super clean!! I cannot put into words how excited we are to move in and start fresh after the year we have had. So here is to new beginnings and new chapters for my family at Solaris! All because two ladies listened to me. We can't wait till our move in day!!!!! Till we are finally HOME!! God bless!
