  I genuinely regret ever living at Saratoga Villa Resorts. Paying $2,200 a month for this place is beyond insulting considering the condition of the property and the complete lack of management accountability. The apartments are falling apart. There is mold, leaking roofs, and broken toilets that take forever to be addressed—if they’re addressed at all. Water damage is clearly an ongoing issue, yet management seems perfectly fine collecting rent while residents live with health hazards and constant maintenance problems. Parking is another nightmare. Despite being a paying resident, my car gets towed regularly from this property for unclear or constantly changing reasons. It feels predatory and intentional, as if towing residents is part of their business model rather than a last resort. There is zero transparency, zero warning, and zero concern for how disruptive and expensive this is for tenants.

  When I first moved here, this seemed to be one of the greatest places to stay in the past four months things have changed so drastically for all of the residents they switch up their towing policies so often to the point that people are getting their cars towed residents who are paying over $2000 a month can’t even park in front of their building. They have to park in a parking lot on the other side of the complex and walk all the way to their unit is becoming an inconvenience as a resident trying to just do right and work and pay our bills that now we are having to pay other fees living in this complex when you bring it up to management management tells you they are off the clock and will address it on another day and that is ridiculous. I highly recommend that people look elsewhere when trying to rent a home from here the kitchen sinks fall out of place. There is mold . bathrooms upstairs leak into light Fixtures In the First floor This place needs to be condemned in the health department needs to be called in

  Este complex no se los recomiendo no tiene londry decente para que los habitantes pueda lavar su ropa como coresponde los encargados de la oficina se han encargado de destruir la tranquilidad de la comunidad muriendo a malas personas que fuman y toman al frente de los edificios no les recomiendo que vivan aquí busque otra comunidad

  Horrible place… if you have a visitor that stays more than an hour they will have their car towed. Office hours that are displayed are not correct. Landscaping is bare minimum. They have mold, pool is dirty and maintenance men are rude! There are no washers and dryers in unit, also no washer dryer hookup in case you have your own washer/dryer. Units have roaches that appeared out of the fire alarm. Went alllll night with it going off! Went to check the monitor to see dozens of roaches. A lot of money for unfriendly and un-inviting property.
