- KKKaylissOct 17, 20255.0My brother-in-law loves it here! The community has so many great perks, a beautiful pool, a nice clubhouse, and - cute little coffee bar area. There are plenty of other little touches that make it feel welcoming and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

But just to tell everyone... the lack of giving a phone number so I can call, which by the way they have my number, should say how you will be treated. I'm done with this place and its treatment to people who are not like them. If I could... it would be zero stars. UPDATE: WHY IS THE OFFICE CALLING ME? Get a review and now you want to call me stating that we did all in peace. NO WE DID NOT! You wouldn't even call for an update or anything. Had to keep calling to get an answer, so why call after my review? Reviews are the experience I went through with your business. Maybe corporate should look at their staff before having them call me. I am NOT deleting my review to appease your office. My experience and it's very valid! Beautiful place with people who only care about appearances. You can have an honestly amazing credit, the money to move in but if they don't like you you won't get in. Which was a blessing to us! You have to pay to park where you live. Why? I understand that in the garage but to pay for any parking is insane to me. I know a person who already lives there and she is having tons of issues getting maintenance to fix them. As stated... and I will not back out of what I said. IF THEY LIKE YOU, YOU'RE IN. IF THEY FEEL THREATEN IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM... YOU ARE OUT. Waste of my time and money. Btw.. ended up in a better community. With way much nicer employees. Who don't judge your looks or personality in any way shape or form.
