  I’ve been living here for almost about 5-months and all I can say is AMAZINGLY BLESSED! When I walked in and met Alexis the level of customer service, enthusiasm and truly a dedication to this product was like no other! We fell in love with the apartment & all the amenities, and then at the end of the tour we got to meet the community manager, Karen and she was so welcoming, also met Isabel she was so warm and bubbly and you can truly see that they all love their job! From the moment we applied and now being five months in and I have to say they are all so welcoming to me and my family. Parkway Crossings is the place to live!

  I recently had the pleasure of touring this apartment community, and I was truly impressed from start to finish. The property itself is beautifully maintained, with a clean, modern aesthetic that immediately feels welcoming and upscale. The layouts are thoughtfully designed with open-concept living spaces, contemporary finishes, and plenty of natural light. You can really tell that comfort and functionality were top priorities in the design. What stood out to me just as much as the apartments was the strong sense of security throughout the community. From controlled access points to the overall well-kept environment, I felt a genuine sense of safety and peace of mind while walking the grounds. That level of security is incredibly important, and it definitely adds to the overall appeal. A special thank you to Alexis, my tour guide, who was absolutely awesome. She was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely warm from the moment I arrived. Alexis answered every question with confidence and made the entire experience feel personalized rather than rushed. Her attention to detail and enthusiasm for the community really made a difference. Overall, this was one of the best apartment tours I’ve experienced. Between the modern layout, secure environment, and outstanding service from Alexis, this community truly stands out. Highly recommend scheduling a tour!

  I fell in love with this beautiful place when I first saw it. Now we are blessed to be able to live here. The staff is awesome. Very helpful, kind and sweet. Can’t say enough about them. Thank you to Isabel, Alexis, Karen and Jon Carlo. You make a great team! Thank you for making the place feel so welcoming. Just like family.

  I’m still kinda shocked at how easy getting my apartment was. The tour was so good I applied the SAME day. I got approved the same day, received my welcome letter, and had my lease in less than 24 hours. Like… what kind of service is this?! This is something I have never experienced in all my years of looking for an apartment. Karen and everyone else was so friendly and welcoming and truly made me feel like family through the whole process. Huge shoutout to Karen for being super responsive and making everything smooth, fast, and stress-free. I really appreciate you and time you spent with me to make this overall experience amazing!!

  Been meaning to write this post for weeks. This place definitely deserves more than five stars, especially with the staff that they have on hand. I can speak for my own experience with them that they are extremely supportive and will go out of their way if it’s in their power to help you call this place home. Even after you move in the support doesn’t stop. I’m sure most of the residents there would say the same, or even more. I’ve been impressed since day one. Especially with Karen she is the most intelligent and consistent property manager that I’ve ever seen. She literally knows everyone by their name. If you’re reading this, I’m sure you lived in plenty of places, but this will probably be the first community that you feel. You can actually call your home.
