- TCTerri Campbell1 day ago5.0I love the apartments and the location is perfect. Grocery stores are nearby and plenty of BOGOS. The community has something for everyone, bingo, games, social events, and exercise classes. Most are organized by residents so they are fun. The swimming pool is amazing. To live here you have to have patience with communication from or to the office personnel. They are hard workers, so email is best and phone calls are low. Send an email to make an appointment is the best way to communicate with a busy office.

There's new construction going on for low income young adults right next door that they own and it's going to be a nightmare with the construction noise starting at 6:00 am. And not stopping until 5pm. The exit on Solivita is a death trap as you can't see on coming traffic as there is a mountain of dirt 50 ft high and 40 ft wide. They are understaffed, over worked and under paid. And it shows in the managers attitude. She isn't concerned about the elderly only the occupancy rate. With over 900 residents and only 3 people in the office you have better luck calling the radio station and winning a prize than contacting them. The rent goes up twice a year and will soon be $2,000.00 or more so much for affordable housing.
