  I live in Osprey park road apartment over one and a half year am very happy joy my beautiful apartment the office workers are very helpfull and nice I have no problem they are exellent workers and handling tanents very professional 🙏🏼

  An Honest Review... I will start by saying that the building itself is very nice and the lobby and common areas are pristine. There are various activities for the tenants also. My mom moved here in August 2025. She is 85 years young. Around the end of September she began to smell a strange odor in her apartment usually in the middle of night. She reported it to management but the smell was not present when someone came to investigate. After a few weeks, my sister and I did smell it when we were there visiting. It was marijuana. My mom soon started to get bad headaches and she would wake up disoriented. She asked management if it would be possible to move to another unit but was told it was against their policy. So we found her a new apartment and she moved out this week. I do understand that marijuana can be used for medicinal purposes but perhaps certain sections of the building could be designated for use as others' health can be affected especially seniors.

  Lived at this complex for 1 year and it was truly a pleasurable experience. The only reason we moved was a personal reason to move to North Carolina. We lived in one of the cottages. It was spacious and very nice. What I liked about the cottages was that you felt like you were living in your own separate house. All of the neighbors were extremely friendly and nice. The complex offers activities, a very nice pool and a very nice gym. Ana who is the manager and Nancy the assistant manager are beyond courteous, helpful and pleasant. I highly recommend this complex. It is close to shopping. The maintenance team is beyond awesome.

  I love the apartments and the location is perfect. Grocery stores are nearby and plenty of BOGOS. The community has something for everyone, bingo, games, social events, and exercise classes. Most are organized by residents so they are fun. The swimming pool is amazing. To live here you have to have patience with communication from or to the office personnel. They are hard workers, so email is best and phone calls are low. Send an email to make an appointment is the best way to communicate with a busy office.
